Considering Disability? Where Do You Really Want to Be in Life? We May Have The Way to Help You Get There.

As a working professional with Autism, Epilepsy, Social Anxiety  Disorder, and Bipolar, too many to count have asked me, "Why don't you file for disability?" Don't let this question stop you on your tracks, from dreaming, making a plan to bring it to life, or even considering a future in the workforce. Beside some conditions that I know, most do not disable people from working some sort of job. More are able to work professional high pay jobs with the most common disabilities. A prime example would be Attention Deficit Disorder (A.D.D.). It is a condition considered disability from working a job by the Social Security Administration, but do they really know what it is?

If you have A.D.D. or A.D.H.D. or know someone who does, you are very well aware that its "impairment" is mainly being easily distracted. It will be harder to focus on work but does not mean you cannot go to college, graduate high school, go to graduate school and eventually be a high dollar earning professional in a field of choice. What it does mean, is that you will have to learn coping skills to deal with the easy distraction. Some find ways on their own, and others seek therapy to learn, but most eventually find a way to overcome the obstacle. It will never be gone but it does not have to limit your success any more than you let it.

Even individuals with cognitive conditions can still work to some degree. If you are sensitive to stress, you may only be able to handle the stress level of entry-level professional work, or some may only be able to handle the minimal level of stress that is a part of minimum wage work. Take this back to the original question though, Does this mean you cannot work?

Personally, with my four disabilities, I am only able to work part-time, but I make excellent hourly compensation doing it totally an annual income I could never make in minimum wage work, even full time. I definitely make lots more than I would on disability income. Most likely the same is true for you unless you have one or more among the few that actually disable people 100% from work.

Another example is back problems. People can actually go on disability for having a broken back. If you are in a wheelchair or on a cane, it especially does not mean you cannot work a desk job, though it is highly likely you would not be able to, or at least struggle, will a stand-up job.

Do not let the laws of the government's definition defy you. You should drive to defy the laws of disability with the ability in yourself. Life will only stop you to the degree you permit it. You believe and self-talk you cannot do something, you may not be able to do it but tell yourself you can without letting anyone or anything stop you, and you will achieve.

Secrets Revealed. Generate Leads and Make More Money

I have been asked many times how I get so many leads for the services I provide. Here, I am going to give you my secrets that even the companies themselves probably do not know. I encourage you to try them if you provide a professional service of some sort. I have a different article for those looking for product leads.

Rather you perform accounting, digital marketing, telemarketing or almost any other professional service, then as long as you have a strong resume or reputation, you can generate lots of leads from the marketplaces below where business goes seeking professional work. The key is that you have to be willing to give low, competitive flat rates or hourly rates. You are competing against others like yourself that are either independent contractors or more legally small tax registered businesses. Most of the marketplaces are international, so you will be competing with providers in places like India where $30,000 here is maybe $500 a month, or $6,000 a year. It may even be closer to paying an American $50,000-$60,000 which is both what you are competing with and the reason so many jobs are being sent overseas.

In other "first world" countries, like many in Europe, their currency amount is closer in ratio to ours so there will not be much competition when it comes to pay. They do have a monthly cost or a cost of leads you send quotes so it is not a scam but not free to get the leads. They also take part of the pay and require you are paid through the marketplace only, or your account will be permanently terminated. These are all factors to consider as they can be easy to win business for some, and others seem almost impossible. Some industries have different laws in the United States than in other countries so it is more likely you would only be competing with other Americans. If out of country service providers bid, or send quotes, the client would have to be missing something or lack understanding to hire the people overseas as the work would more likely than not be done illegally.

Some of these include Accounting, Finance, Investing, Stock/Investment Management, Business Law, Business Management, just to name a few but there are many others. Some fields of work are not smart to hire from overseas due to the high likelihood of the provider being unqualified so you would have less competition to winning the client as long as they judge by skill level too.  These include writing, making websites or anything that uses money symbols, teaching, others that use communication as accents in lower labor cost countries tend to be very strong and hard to make out by the average American.

I know this is the moment you have been waiting for . . .  the list of sites:

Freelancer
People Per Hour
Upwork (formerly elance)
QuiGig
Guru
Gigs On Craigslist
Fiverr
iFreelance

Some others I have listed below are actually places to apply for contract work, but being a contractor is technically clientele work. Therefore, you want to propose like you are applying for a job sending a portfolio, resume, cover letter and similar that you would apply for a job, just expect to have all the advantages of being self-employed, unless you work on behalf of a company in which you are employed. Some companies seeking contractors do not like it to be a company so, I advise you do not necessarily put your company signature at the bottom of the email.  Instead, put a personal signature like you are an individual applying for work. It is important to eventually reveal that you are a company, unless you are not, or you are a one-person entity where there still would not be other people involved in the work.

Here is the next moment you have been waiting for . . .  the list of job site:

Hire My Mom
Craigslist- under jobs select contract

best tutors in Katy

With the downfall in the public educational system removing vital skills from the curriculum, it has become a norm, and maybe even necessary to get private tutoring for children. A prime example being cursive writing. Sometime in the last ten years it was removed and continues to no longer be taught in public school. Millennial that have already started their careers after college was one of, if not the first, generations to not learn how to write in cursive. What is the big deal? That means they do not have a signature and cannot buy or rent a place to live. Mom and Dad will still have to back them up by signing the legal documents. This will affect the ability to land jobs, especially those that require signing a contract.

That is where we come in to play. We provide a customized lesson plan for each student and are teaching students of all ages these vital skills. Though the skills are no longer taught in public schools, does not mean your child does not need them. Parents and educators alike need to work together to make sure our children of today receive the best education by learning all vital skills in both the standard school and professional training at universities and community colleges.

Leave us comments on some things you would like your child to learn, or any other skills you find missing in the school system. We have 15+ years of experience in providing educational needs, including the missing pieces. If you do not like to leave comments, reach us 346-800-1912 or www.KatyTutors.com If you are curious or could benefit from knowing more about what is going on in the public education system, visit our bookstore and get your copy of Secret To Success: The Evolution of Public Education and the Workforce

How do I Know God is Real?

Have you questioned God's existence? Do you wonder why bad things happen to you if there really is a God? Have people tried to push the Bible in your face and make you wonder what kind of God would be that way?

There is a real catch to all your questions. All the things you face, you can do with faith in Jesus Christ. He died on the cross with the feel of nails sliding upward on the palms of his hands while trying to push himself up to stop the paid with nails moving through his feet. He was stabbed many times with spikes on a ball used to hit him. He did not fight the paid or people abusing him. This is love. He died for us all as we can never go through what he did. We sin every day not knowing how, many times. Jesus went through this pain so you would not. If he did not give his life for us, we would be hanging on the cross ourselves.

So you ask if he loves us so much, why do bad things happen to us? The answer? Either you are off track with the will he has for your life, you have weak faith, or you never accepted Christ as your Lord and Savior. Okay, so what if you did accept him and you still face hardships? He puts us through hard times when we turn away from what he wants us to do, how to serve him, and his will for us. We were created with each of us having a purpose. The purpose and his will for your life tend to be things you think you cannot do. David was small and weak. He "knew" he could not kill a giant that was very muscular, ten times stronger than he. How did he kill Goliath?

It was not David himself, it was Jesus Christ using him as a channel by making the people least capable of doing things do the impossible. You and others doing what you "know" you cannot is his way of proving his love and existence. I am a motivational speaker with Social Anxiety. I have a condition that causes fear of just being with other people, yet he has me work with the public as a business owner doing clientele work, and do speeches to motivate others to not let any condition stop them from striving for their dreams. I am only able to make these speeches by the power of God within me as science says I cannot do it. Jesus is above science, he is the creator of it. Being above science, he can bend and fold the laws to contradict the proven consistent results of some action to not be the results. He did such in many instances of my life which I have gone in more detail with the answers to many of these questions in my book "How do I know God is Real?"

Find your answers by getting a copy on Amazon, or Barnes and Noble. Kindle and Nook versions available. Kindle version and Paper version you can buy now. As of November 8th, Nook version will be available. Follow us on our blog and sign up for email list on www.acemycourse.net to receive notifications of latest releases.

Should I take a job in Houston with all the floods they are having?

Houston was the top place to live in the time of the Great Recession. We were booming with more jobs than qualified people to fill. College graduates without experience in Houston were able to land some kind of professional job while the rest of the United States was at a point that many with years of experience were unemployed and college graduates were questioning if they made the right choice. I was one myself. I was in Raleigh, North Carolina, at the time home of the financial industry, graduated with a bachelor's degree in accounting. I was in the worst place I could locate. The place hurt the most with a degree in that field. The financial crisis had the biggest impact on Raleigh due to being the home of the majority of large bank headquarters. Luckily, I had family in Houston so I knew I would at least have food on my plate and a roof over my head though I would be broke if I moved to Houston. I was one of the many college graduates, and graduate students still working minimum wage jobs. Personally, this long period caused depression between over $100,000 in student loan debt, and not able to support myself even with the job I had.

On to the positive, I took the chance of moving to Houston, Texas after hearing from others in the area that the economy was booming. I thought it seems fishy like they were just trying to convince me to move near family. I prayed for a long while before finally saving my last two checks from my minimum wage job, to pay the gas and other fees of my move. I brought with me only my luggage and school supplies to finish graduate school. It was much to my surprise that the economy really is booming. I found jobs in Accounting ranging from contract work, chances at owning a business with a large clientele developing without trying. Many of the jobs were on the other side of town but with the high pay, I was happy to take. The horrible traffic did not stop me.

I ended up becoming a tutor and opening a tutoring company that actually boomed in the time of the Great Recession from so many people going back to school. Houston is the home of Katy, Texas, west part of Houston, that has been for years rated as "The Top School District in the State of Texas." Houston is also home of Houston Community College that has been recognized for a long time as "Third in Top Community Colleges in the Nation" ratings. There is high security of your children receiving some of the best quality of education possible in the public education system.

As far as the flooding, research what parts of town are the first to flood, and which were flooded during Hurricane Harvey that was the worst flood in Texas history, at the time. Majority of Houston was underwater to some degree. However, the key is the majority, not all. I was in a community in Katy that was not affected. We did not flood, were not hit by the tornadoes or any other possible harm. If an area you consider living does not have flood insurance, which I encourage you to get, then it was more likely than not, one of the areas that have flooded every time. The rates will be higher in the areas that are second to flood, and third to flood, but more likely to have insurance coverage. Just know, flood insurance is separate from homeowners' insurance or renters' insurance. Once you have done your research, if you find areas you are interested that have very low, you think unbelievable, rates of flood insurance, consider it a reassurance that it is an area that either is the last to flood or was not flooded in any of the floods since 2015 Memorial Day.

Many of the homes for sale, and especially at unbelievable low prices, are the ones damaged the most often by the flooding. Hint: why the seller wants to get out. Be sure to ask about the flooding history of that house, and consider eliminating it if it has history of flooding. Prices of homes that never flooded, or not during Harvey, at least, have gone way up. In a case like this, you may have to pay more for what does not exactly fit your family's tasted but will at least feed the necessities. If this is a situation you end up facing, it is my advice you move a grade down in the kind of car you drive, the eating out and other controllable, even not necessity, costs to allow your family to have a low likelihood of flooding home.

If you stay within the parameters I have given in choosing your home, cautions of preventing your next home to be in flood zone, then moving to Houston, that still has a booming economy, should not be much of a debate. The flooding is the main concern of many, not just you. Houston as a whole has been such a wonderful place, especially job security and plentiful, that even in the last few years of constant flooding, our population has multiplied. We were for a while fourth largest city in the United States but now are the third largest city in the United State passing up Chicago.

Why are large retail companies closing?

Since the start of the Great Recession, many businesses have been affected. Many businesses have highly struggled, including large businesses that most of the United State's population thought did not hurt. However, the true reality is shocking. The large businesses are actually the ones hurt the most and over the longest period of time. A large percentage of them, though they continue to report impressive Net Incomes on taxes and other public documents, actually had to take out loans or other financings.

As retail of most types is typically an expense paid with disposable income, the sales were highly decreased as unemployment was at its record high and even before the Great Recession, such as the time of the Financial Crisis when there were lots of bailouts.

Since the rise of unemployment, many have started to save money, including those who never lost their job in the Great Recession. With the fear of repeating history, as it has before, there are fewer people spending, and many spending less, on retail-related. Lots have changed to primarily shop online as amazon rose in popularity to dominate the online retail industry. The biggest advantage is the convenience, and lower prices on most products with free shipment if you pay membership of $99 a year.

Since gas prices were rising at the same time, more people found it to be more economical to purchase online saving the gas and time cost of getting to and from the brick and mortar stores. As this increased in popularity, more brick and mortar businesses have suffered losing to Amazon.

The increasing closing of stores, bankruptcies and some cases complete shutting down of large businesses link to the rise of Amazon without making changes to be more competitive with the online market. The larger businesses have only increased expenses with the financing, the return of increasing amount of jobs, in some cases, rise in salaries to obtain the higher qualified with hopes that better employees would improve the overall success. It has been evident to many business and economic professionals that this was the wrong way of going about the competition.

As jobs have increased so has the employment of the less qualified due to being an employee market right now. This has lead to lower performance,  and more unsatisfied customers causing long term loss of business. There have been at least hundreds of small businesses rise, grow and be developed in the midst of the increased plummet in satisfaction with the large businesses. This has lead to a change in types of businesses that perform better as brick and mortar.

Due to the increase in debt, decrease in sales, and lack of improvement to be more competitive over an extended time, many large businesses, more commonly retail, have had to face financial crisis.  The financial crisis of each business had put the decision-makers in situation only solvable by decreasing number of locations,  filing bankruptcy or total shut down. As they say, time is everything, so it applies to the many retail businesses who have waited too long to do something about the changes in demand by the evolving market.

If you want to open a business with the improved and growth of a business,  new markets, and perform with higher sales, please call us at 346-800-1912 for business consulting services. We will provide details on the mistakes to avoid which these large businesses are guilty, and the better ways so your business can thrive. We will do researches,  provide ideas, and help with business planning, among other ways, to help ensure success for you.

What can I eat that does not have Egg, Gluten, Soy or Dairy?

Allergies and intolerance of a wide variety of commonly used ingredients of food have become more of a norm as more and more people are finding out these ingredients are responsible for gastronomical conditions. Some people think we are being too picky by wanting to eliminate certain items as those without these kinds of reactions do not understand the possibly serious, or at least humiliating reactions we get.

Some people are getting gas/flatulence, constipation, rashes and other reactions that are either serious or just unwanted systems in response. If you are allergic to these items you will have serious reactions and need to see a doctor, and/or maybe go to the emergency room based on the type of reaction. However, if you have an intolerance, you can react with constipation, or diarrhea, gas/flatulence, or other not so serious, but definitely humiliating effects. Know that these are not the only allergens or intolerance ingredients for many. Others have sensitivities to Nuts and a few others.

As one of the many with humiliating reactions to these ingratiates, I have done research, and store hunting to find options of food both delicious and within my restriction. Some brands make stuff just for us with Egg, Gluten, Soy and Dairy Sensitivities. I have listed below some of my favorites that make all the products free of these ingredients.

Vega - All in One Nutritional Shakes, Vega One Bars, Yogurt, Vega Sports Bars, Vega protein bars, and almost anything else under the sun they make. All of Vega products are Gluten Free, Egg Free, Dairy Free, and Soy Free. They have a long list of maybe 25 vitamins and minerals that make even the "candy" bars healthy. For those who love chocolate, I recommend the Vega One Chocolate Caramel Bars.

Daiya- Cheeses, Pies, Mayonnaise, Salad Dressings, and many other type products are all low in fat compared to old fashion of the same product, are Gluten Free, Egg Free, Dairy Free, and Soy Free.

Ian- Chicken Nuggets, Chicken Tenders, Fish Sticks, and other meats are all made Gluten Free, Egg Free, Dairy Free, and Soy Free. They make our old favorites like chicken nuggets with breading so it will taste like delicious fried food we all love, but be on the diet within our restrictions. I love making buffalo nuggets from the chicken nuggets and Frank's Red Hot Sauce. If the hot sauce is too hot, melt a little bit of butter in it, adding more, until it is at the spicy level in which you can handle.

So Delicious- Well, the name gives it away. It is So Delicious food that includes Yogurt, Ice Cream, and other "dairy" products that are made Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Soy Free, and Egg Free. I love the ice cream as they come in many favorite flavors like chocolate, rocky road, vanilla and many more. So Delicious does not make them as nutritious as Vega does, but the taste is a perk.

These are not the only brands that make food free of the four allergens but are my favorite when it comes to being delicious and nutritious. If you are located in Texas, H.E.B. in the higher income areas tend to have many of the brands above, but not as much as Sprouts, or Whole Foods. There are some things one of the three stores carry, but not the others. I like shopping at all three of the stores to get all the items made by So Delicious, Vega, Vega One, Ian, and Daiya. By going to H.E.B., Whole Foods, and Sprouts, I have found all products, as far as I know, made by them. Some stores will have products the others do not but together they seem to carry almost all products under the sun that is free of the allergens. If you want to lose weight while staying free of these allergens, Vega is the best choice. They have meal replacement shakes that you buy as powder, and mix in hot drinks like milk or coffee to feel full while only getting 170 Calories. I like to combine it with Oh Yeah! Shakes that have 26 Vitamins and Minerals, high protein and only 200 Calories. When you consider the number of nutrients with the number of calories, these are the healthiest choices as far as I know. Most meals have at least 500 Calories, even cooked at home. You really cannot beat this.

Other things you can try are by "LivFit" brand that makes superfood shakes which tastes like green tea. If you add it to green tea, it will only taste better and not have the "healthy" taste. Another is "Lean and Fit" brand of all in one nutritious shakes, which I love the vanilla, that has fat-burning ingredients, vitamins, and minerals, and is filling.

By consuming these products, I have lost 160 Lbs, while sticking to my limited menu. I lost the most weight, 5 lbs a week, when I stayed on a vegetarian diet that eliminates all protein containing food like beans, meat, fish, and so forth. You will get your daily protein intake in the Oh Yeah! Shakes, and/or Vega Shakes so it is no need to worry. There are tons more calories in meats, and other protein containing food than in vegetables, fruit and other non-meat items.

I also limited my carbohydrate intake when on the vegetarian diet as going vegetarian makes eating more carbs a bigger temptation. Like any other diet that works when trying to loose weight, you will need to stay free of sugar other than the natural sugar in fruit. I wish you luck in your weight loss goal, and hope you enjoy these tasty, allergy free foods. Thanks for reading!

What has happen to public education?

Quality education has been a problem for a while. When my generation was growing up, we believed to have high-quality education in the higher income areas, but poor education in the lower-income areas of town. In some cases, it may be a nationwide problem.

Over time it has become a bigger problem as tutoring is now required to be provided for free to Title I schools out of an effort to improve the child's chance of equal success. The problem now is that the government is going cheap on all programs to such as degree that even the tutoring or other "Free" additional programs are lower quality than the standard in-class learning.

I own a tutoring company that the State of Texas is only willing to pay $20 an hour expecting us to be able to make a decent profit the find it worthwhile. The reality is, in order to profit, we would have to provide tutors that are only high school graduates with a very minimal amount of experience. This is what the education industry has come to consider the norm. The state does this to give equal chance but is it not when the tutors and other additional outside of the classroom programs are underpaid.

What is a bigger problem in the education industry is the removal of basic life skills needed to be successful as an adult in personal life, not just on the job. One extreme example is writing in cursive.

How are our children supposed to be able to sign terms and conditions without knowing how to write in cursive. Think about it, what more is our signature than our name written in cursive? The millennials were not taught cursive but are now the age to be out of college, or close to it, shopping for housing, cars and other assets in their own names. Unless a signature becomes defined as a drawing since art has not been removed, the education is setting up our children for failure, and possibly being homeless without a chance in life.

Below I have made a video on this topic and I am in the process of writing research with more details, and prime examples. Please watch, follow my YouTube Channel and continue to read my blog to help us make a difference. Our children are important parts of our lives and we as parents want to stand for them.

Where can I find legitimate work from home jobs?

In case you did not see it, I wrote on here yesterday about the difficulty of finding legitimate work from home professional jobs. As I mentioned is being very difficult for professionals with high skills, I did some research to find a few job boards or places to gain clientele for "freelance" work. Most of the jobs are contract employment, but one website has more of the higher executive or management level with good pay for the type role.

If you want to work for a small business or other smaller employers, check out www.hiremymom.com It is directed towards stay home mothers, but you do not have to be a mom to create an account and apply to the jobs. I have found Accounting Jobs, Management Jobs, Administrative Assistant, or Secretary work, and much more. Not very many know about Hire My Mom so it is quick and relatively easy to land a job.

The higher up roles, in terms of executive or management, with medium to large size businesses, are more available on www.VirtualVocation.com The jobs on it tend to pay more and require higher skills in your field.

If you want to get the latest news on new jobs, including what may not have been around for long type roles, check out Penny Hoarder I personally, have found small gigs, list of work from home employers, clientele type work, and even passive income methods of earning.

I advise not using CraigsList as it is known for scams being posted. There are work from home jobs on it, including legitimate, as I have hired from there, but many are scams. Most scams have certain things in it or missing from the job description. One red flag is it to say how much you can make, not what you will make. Usually, it involves calling a phone number that will tell you more about the job, for a live person to call later. They typically are also the quick easy to get jobs that are from "employers" who are desperate. Though you can find legitimate jobs in general, there is a bigger risk when using Craig's List . If you read a job post that seems too good to be true like making $10,000 a month with only a high school diploma, it is either sales, other commission-based, or a scam. Any time a job says it does not require a list of credentials, it is 99% of the time a scam.

If you like to perform digital marketing (internet marketing), I have a company that pays you a percentage of sales from leads you bring. This type of work is known as "Affiliate" work. Visit my website if you would like to be an affiliate marketer for my company. Katy TutorsBooks and More By Jennifer A Whitaker, or email me at jenn.acemycourse@gmail.com I have books, tutoring services, business consulting and other professional services (and products), that most businesses and/or educational institutes require. They are high demand items/services.

Another source of Affiliate Marketing is Roku. Click on Roku Affiliate Marketing Link Here to sign up for Affiliate Marketing for one of thousands of large businesses that all pay a certain percentage of the sales you generate.

Freelance work is basically clientele work you can do without having to be a business. You will have to file your taxes, and pay employer end of taxes as a business owner. How can I make professional income from home?

Now days, there still appear to be work from home jobs  that are not legitimate. There are more now than before making  it hard to find those that are real jobs. What is worse, more of them than not, even legitimate, say they make more than they really do. At the same time, most are not professional level work.

This makes it harder for those that are probably the hardest workers to get a work from home job without the risk of being ripped off by a false promise, especially when it is a small business offering the role.

With this being a common struggle or hurdle to a lot of Americans, I am going to be posting some videos on here, and consulting professionals with creative ideas of everything  from founding a business, to creating a new industry. I will also be advising other  professionals on new trending jobs. I will admit, majority of legitimate work from home jobs are contract or self-employment.

Those that  are working for another business are typically with businesses that are on a tighter budget which means no benefits many of the times. Below you will found a few examples in a play list which I will be adding more videos. These are not the limited options but examples.

I have conditions that disable me from doing certain type work, including continuing to run a business that was my baby, but I know the void in the market needs to be served. I am eager  to help you find a way to make a decent, professional level income in the ways I know untapped.

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJT-YMSoJiYLpcvoENtkB5g/featured?disable_polymer=1

If watching any videos gives you the courage, put your creativity to work. If you have a "weird" idea, it may be one of the "missing pieces" in the economy. If not, comment on here with questions, ideas, or any other way I can be of assistance.

To protect the idea and give you a chance to get a trademark, I am glad to share details or other factors via phone, video chat or any other "private" channel.

What Happen to Toys R Us?

I have been following the trend in business. I have seen many things go wrong in upper management. We tend to believe owners of large businesses like Toy's R Us that have been around for ages are rich. In the last ten years from the Financial Crisis, and the Great Recession that followed, more large businesses have taken on loads of debt to try and survive the hard times.

Most of us have thought they "have plenty of money" when it is on the news that large companies are financially struggling. The reality is they are still reporting beautiful net income monthly and annually due to high levels of debt, not following changes in demand according to customer behavior, and other vital parts to remain "successful, not just survive."

Toy's R Us was owned by one single man. Many of us would have thought it to be a corporation, but it was not. He owned all the location around the United States. With relations with some people on the inside, I have found out that they were one of the many that did not make changes causing a loss of business. As more stores like Wal-Mart starting carrying toys, and almost all of the same toys, there began to be too much competition with the high prices Toys R Us continued to charge. They missed out on changing prices to be more competitive, or bring on more products, and other things that should have been done to keep them "the place to go for toys."

The owner was in debt in payroll, business bills, personal bills, and much more filing bankruptcy at the beginning of Summer 2018. He filed bankruptcy on a claim of $50,000,000 Debt. The loss, inability to clear out the toys, and stress all together of the situation killed the owner, literally, to be on the death bed that same day. The place ended up shutting down totally before clearing out all the toys due to the passing of the owner.

I have consulted many business professionals in different roles in business, to make better decisions. These stories are back up for why I always encourage constant changes to occur that are ways of improving business, and demand. To stay the old schooled way is asking for business failure.

I have followed business news only to see this same type of situation happen to many restaurants, retail, and service-based businesses that are large one thought to be rich since then.
